Refund Policy

Last Updated: September 2026

Thank you for choosing ScaleXium Tools (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), accessible at https://scalexiumtools.com.

This Global Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Policy”) establishes the exclusive terms governing refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, and billing disputes for all purchases, software subscriptions, usage credits, digital services, and reseller licensing agreements entered into with ScaleXium Tools.

BY ACCESSING OUR SOFTWARE, SUBSCRIBING TO OUR SERVICES, PAYING AN INVOICE VIA ELECTRONIC PAYMENT GATEWAY, OR REMITTING FUNDS VIA MANUAL/OFFLINE SETTLEMENT (E.G., BANK WIRE, UPI), YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE STRICT TERMS OUTLINED HEREIN.

1. Absolute No-Refund Standard & Finality of Sale

  1. Finality of Transactions: ALL TRANSACTIONS CONDUCTED THROUGH SCALEXIUMTOOLS.COM, ITS SUBDOMAINS, INVOICE PAYMENT LINKS, OR DIRECT SETTLEMENT CHANNELS ARE FINAL, PERMANENT, AND ABSOLUTELY NON-REFUNDABLE.

  2. Scope of Non-Refundability: This strict no-refund policy applies uniformly across all offerings, including but not limited to:

    • Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Subscriptions: Monthly, annual, or multi-year subscription plans for standalone modules (AI Google Reviews & Local SEO Booster, Instant Single-Page Website Builder, Contactless QR Menu, Smart NFC Digital V-Cards, and Digital Loyalty Program).

    • Compute, Token & API Usage Allocations: AI generation credits, LLM token packages, and automated image credits consumed or provisioned on your account.

    • Reseller, Channel Partner & White-Label Fees: Franchise setup fees, white-label portal provisioning charges, custom domain routing fees, and partnership licensing tiers.

    • Custom Engineering & Digital Services: Website setups, template implementations, GMB setup services, workflow automations, and ongoing technical support.

    • Hardware Dispatches: Physical NFC smart cards, digital badges, counter QR standees, and related hardware assets once manufacturing, programming, or dispatch has commenced.

  3. No Pro-Rata or Discretionary Returns: We do not offer returns, cash refunds, prorated credits for unused days/billing periods, account balance rollbacks, or service exchanges under any circumstance.

2. Commercial Rationale for Non-Refundability

Our software solutions operate on specialized, multi-tenant cloud architectures with instantaneous resource provisioning. Immediate non-refundability is enforced because:

  • Instant Computational Provisioning: Upon transaction confirmation, our systems immediately reserve server capacity, provision dedicated VPS virtual environments, issue unique software licenses, and allocate computational API bandwidth across our upstream infrastructure partners (including SaaS Yaari and enterprise cloud nodes).

  • Non-Recoverable Costs: Digital access tokens, cloud compute runtime, and automated setup processes cannot be recalled, restored, or revoked once initiated.

  • Transparent Evaluation: We publish extensive interactive product previews, explicit feature lists, live tool demonstrations, and transparent pricing structures across our website to enable informed commercial evaluation before purchase.

3. International Statutory Waiver (EU/UK & Cross-Border Mandates)

  1. Supply of Immediate Digital Content: If you are an individual accessing our services from the European Union (EU), the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK), or another jurisdiction providing a statutory 14-day cancellation or "cooling-off" period for distance sales:

    • Express Prior Consent & Acknowledgment: By executing your transaction and accessing the software tools or digital assets immediately, you expressly request the immediate commencement of performance and the supply of digital content before the expiration of any statutory cooling-off period.

    • Loss of Right to Withdraw: In accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Regulation 37 of the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU LOSE YOUR STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RIGHT TO A REFUND ONCE THE DIGITAL ACCESS, PROVISIONING, OR PERFORMANCE HAS COMMENCED.

  2. Statutory Exceptions: Where mandatory consumer protection statutes of a competent jurisdiction explicitly prohibit the contractual exclusion of specific remedies, our liability will be strictly limited to the minimum corrective remedies mandated by applicable law (such as technical rectification or replacement of service access).

4. Subscription Renewals & Cancellation Procedure

  1. Recurring Billing Authorization: When subscribing to recurring monthly or annual plans, you authorize ScaleXium Tools (and our integrated payment processors) to bill your selected payment method automatically on each recurring renewal date until formally cancelled.

  2. Cancellation Steps: You may cancel recurring billing renewals at any time:

    • Directly through your self-service account billing dashboard, or

    • By submitting a formal written cancellation request to support@scalexiumtools.com at least forty-eight (48) hours before your scheduled renewal date.

  3. Effect of Cancellation:

    • Cancellation terminates future automated renewal billing cycles only.

    • Cancellations do not trigger retroactive or prorated refunds for the remaining duration of your current paid billing period.

    • Your account, active tools, and instances will remain operational through the end of the paid term, after which all modules, custom domains, and dashboards will be deactivated without refund.

5. Manual & Offline Transactions (Wire / UPI / Bank Transfer)

  1. Proof of Remittance: If you opt to execute payment via offline channels (such as bank transfer, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, SWIFT, or corporate UPI), services and access credentials will be provisioned only after funds have irrevocably cleared and been verified by our billing team.

  2. Irrevocability of Cleared Funds: Once manual payment is verified and credentials, white-label portals, or SaaS tools are deployed, the transaction is non-refundable. Clerical errors made on bank transfer instruments, duplicate submissions, or internal organizational changes within your business do not entitle you to a cash refund.

6. Independence of White-Label Reseller Transactions

  1. Direct ScaleXium Platform Payments Only: This Policy governs transactions completed directly between ScaleXium Tools and our direct subscribers or authorized Resellers.

  2. Reseller-to-End-User Financial Decoupling:

    • ScaleXium Tools is strictly a B2B technology provider and is NOT a merchant of record, party, or escrow agent in any transaction between an independent Reseller and their retail or corporate clients.

    • All pricing, client billing, collection, and refund decisions regarding end-client payments are the sole legal and financial responsibility of the independent Reseller.

    • ScaleXium Tools will not accept, process, or honor refund requests submitted by downstream customers or end users of any white-label reseller under any circumstances.

7. Technical Access Issues & Remediation Protocols

  1. Good-Faith Remediation: If you experience an unexpected server interruption, authentication barrier, or technical access failure resulting from a fault on our infrastructure, you must promptly report the event to support@scalexiumtools.com with full diagnostic logs and screenshots.

  2. Limitation to Corrective Action: Our technical team will deploy commercially reasonable efforts to diagnose and restore access. A temporary technical interruption, latency issue, scheduled maintenance window, or upstream API adjustment does not constitute grounds for a financial refund or contract cancellation. In rare cases where a technical defect cannot be resolved, the Company reserves the sole option to issue a service credit or platform replacement at its sole discretion.

8. Prohibition of Payment Disputes & Unwarranted Chargebacks

  1. Mandatory Prior Direct Communication: Before initiating a formal dispute, inquiry, or chargeback with your issuing bank, card network (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), or payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, Cashfree), you are contractually obligated to contact ScaleXium Tools directly to attempt a good-faith resolution.

  2. Material Breach & Immediate Countermeasures: Unilaterally filing a chargeback or payment reversal claim without prior written engagement, or filing a claim on a clearly stated non-refundable digital service:

    • Constitutes a material breach of our Master Subscription Agreement.

    • Will result in the immediate and permanent suspension or termination of your user account, white-label instances, connected QR menus, v-cards, and API access keys across your entire organization.

    • Gives ScaleXium Tools the right to submit this Policy, your access logs, IP records, and signed terms acceptance to your financial institution as conclusive evidence of agreed service delivery.

  3. Recovery of Collection Costs: We reserve the right to pursue full recovery of reversed funds, bank dispute administrative fees, and reasonable legal expenses incurred as a consequence of fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks.

9. Policy Amendments

ScaleXium Tools reserves the right to revise or update this Policy at any time to reflect operational, technological, or regulatory developments. Updated versions will be published directly on this URL with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued usage of our website or tools constitutes your acceptance of the terms in effect at that time.

10. Inquiries & Billing Communications

If you have billing inquiries or require assistance with your account credentials, contact our support desk:

Key Global Protections Integrated:

  1. Explicit EU/UK Cooling-Off Waiver (Section 3): Specifically cites EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m) and UK Consumer Regulations. In international payment disputes, card networks (Visa/Mastercard) automatically rule in the merchant's favor if this explicit digital waiver is present and accepted.

  2. Channel Partner / Reseller Decoupling (Section 6): Bars downstream customers of your resellers from attempting to claw back subscription or service fees directly from ScaleXium Tools.

  3. Rigorous Chargeback Countermeasures (Section 8): Details clear consequences (immediate platform deactivation and submission of IP audit logs) to prevent frivolous bank chargebacks.
